We’re looking for Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruiting efforts by building best-in-class recruiting strategies across our growing business organization. As a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor, this person will help leaders across the business grow and scale their teams. The right fit for this role is an expert leader with deep experience in high growth environments and strong knowledge of current trends, innovations, and best practices in global talent acquisition.

  • You’re an excellent communicator and collaborator - you’re able to understand various perspectives and translate business needs into strategic hiring targets, then partner closely with hiring managers to coach them and facilitate attracting and hiring amazing talent.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to develop and iterate on processes where they don’t already exist.
  • You have 10+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech environment across time zones.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and hire top quality talent
  • Build, lead, mentor, and develop an international talent acquisition team to achieve Onna’s recruiting priorities and drive strong performance
  • Partner with Hiring Mangers to champion the Onna culture and ensure cultural consistency as the company grows as well as ensure that recruitment processes positively impact employee engagement and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace
  • Build long term strategies to increase our employer brand
  • Manage the recruiting budget, vendors and all associated recruiting expenses
  • Build trust, credibility and establish relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring and business needs, challenges and business objectives
  • Leverage Greenhouse to regularly report on key recruiting metrics, using insights to inform strategy, decision-making, and process changes
  • Gather feedback to continuously improve our recruiting process, making sure that our process is inclusive, efficient, streamlined, and focused on the candidate experience
  • Recruit for open roles as needed
