As the Director, Talent Acquisition at Stash, you will run the Talent Acquisition team and partner across  Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will build out the function to ensure we are effectively pipelining and sourcing amazing talent and developing the systems and processes necessary to ensure a superb candidate experience. 

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure strong pipeline and sourcing avenues are developed to attract the talent we need to continue our growth.  Develop partnerships, establish relationships with key vendors, determine campaigns, talent mapping. Develop metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI of different channels.
  • Ensure we create opportunities for underrepresented populations at Stash in every step.  Partner in developing diversity and inclusion programs.
  • Help formalize/ establish interview processes that ensure we remove any biases, achieve the best candidate selection, create a positive candidate experience, and maximize efficiency in the process.  
  • Optimize Greenhouse and any other systems to improve efficiency and deliver reports that help us understand the funnel, our results and retention.
  • Manage a team of strong talent acquisition staff.
  • Amplify our unique, amazing culture by creating, maintaining and elevating our employer brand.
  • Partner with the leadership team and HRBP to understand business needs and develop/ monitor workforce planning. 
  • Will manage own requisitions.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 10+ years progressive Talent Acquisition experience, preferable in tech, high growth, fast paced, highly engaged, start-up environment
  • Demonstrated background building and managing all aspects of TA.  
  • Understands the drivers behind TA and able to report to show impact and results.  
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Knowledge and experience with DEI
  • Superb communication and relationship skills
  • Strategically minded but willing to own more than just the senior few requisitions.
  • Results/action orientation with strong planning and execution skills
