Mulberry is hiring for a talented & experienced Director of Talent to help grow our team. You'll be joining a close-knit, agile team and will be expected to bring proven growth strategies and best practices to the organization, while serving as the face of Mulberry to our large candidate pool. 
 
What You'll Do: 
 
  • Design & execute an effective candidate sourcing strategy for roles across the organization 
  • Be able to perceive talent gaps & anticipate staffing needs in-house & diligently work to fill those gaps 
  • Strengthen Mulberry’s recruitment process, lifecycle & overall candidate experience 
  • Support new-hire onboarding & overall people development 
  • Use data to iterate on process & to make informed decisions 
  • Work closely with hiring managers in both a supportive and advisory function
  • Help to create compelling job descriptions, as well as a robust interview process
  • Strengthen Mulberry’s ATS branding, as well as our branding across various recruitment platforms 
  • Work in partnership with select third-party recruitment firms, with an eye to reduce these partnerships in the near future 
  • Generate a robust inbound recruitment pipeline 
What We’re Seeking: 
 
  • At least 4 years of search experience within a recruitment firm or in-house
  • Proven experience in full-lifecycle hiring: sourcing, interviewing, closing
  • Exceptional representative of the company: professional, passionate, and knowledgeable
  • Able to work in a collaborative environment
  • Driven and ready for a challenge 
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Passion for process & technology
  • Empathetic, smart and ambitious
  • Technical, detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to analyze and synthesize data 
  • Can-do attitude: no task is too small or too large 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Solutions-oriented & able to problem solve in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to take on multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting and managing deadlines
  • Ability to take initiative 
  • Down-to-earth, engaging personality
  • Great sense of humor 

Nice-to-haves: 
  • Experience working for a startup or on a small team 
  • Familiarity with the e-commerce and/or insurance spaces
