We are looking for a Director of Total Rewards to provide strategic direction to support the attraction, retention and motivation of Freshly employees ensuring compensation and benefits are aligned with Freshly HR strategy and High Performance culture. Lead the Total Rewards function to effectively evaluate, design, implement, and communicate compensation and benefits strategy, programs, policies and initiatives that competitively position Freshly in the attraction and retention of talent. 

Responsibilities:

  • Creates and drives strategy that supports building a workforce of top talent to help Freshly achieve its growth strategies.
  • Manage salary survey participation, annual market pricing activities and development of salary structures including use of Broad Bands. Oversee leadership of various benchmarking activities and provide direction for salary increase budgets.
  • Lead the development and implementation of health and retirement programs ensuring competitive, sustainable, cost-effective plans and programs for all colleagues.
  • Design and implement compensation plans to include competitive short and long term incentive plans.
  • Actively promote an understanding and appreciation of the value of Freshly Total Rewards program, including the creation and deployment of an ongoing communication strategy with specific programs to educate leaders and managers.
  • Provide expertise and consulting to adapt compensation and benefits design/approach to align with market trends and business strategy.
  • Lead annual compensation planning process to ensure successful delivery, competitiveness and alignment with Freshly HR Strategy and corresponding compensation philosophy
  • Ensure compensation and benefits plans comply with legal and other regulations and manage processes and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and internal controls.
  • Establish and manage compensation and benefits related budget and provide audit support as necessary..
  • Responsible for compensation tools and systems. Includes managing relationships with HRIS and payroll services.
