About the team:
As a Director of Training you will have a chance to help us implement our ambitious learning & development roadmap. This is a new position that will reinforce HR business partnering to empower managers and employees. We are leading an ambitious HR strategy and need to create a first class training strategy, processes, and tools for a unique and memorable employee experience. Ultimately, our Director of Training will help us develop our employees’ skills in order to improve quality of work, productivity, and employee retention.
What you'll do:
- Design and oversee all learning and development programs globally within our organization
- Define training strategy and programs with Product and Sales trainings being the focus and priority
- Plan training programs based on business goals
- Work closely with all business functions and identify needs, priorities, internal trainers, and external consultants
- Manage training budget, evaluate results of learning courses, monitor appropriate KPI
- Continuously recommend efficient training methods and improve the learning & development training program for different targets
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study highly preferred
- 7 year or more experience creating and organizing trainings and designing the educational curriculum (tech start up experience a huge plus!)
- Familiarity with the methods and principles for designing successful programs to teach, train, and instruct both groups and individuals, including the means of assessing the effectiveness of training (KPIs)
- Exceptional ability to train and train the trainers
- Hands-on experience with project management and budgeting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- An inquisitive mind, as Director of Training are constantly looking for new ways to access and teach new skills to the team
- The ability to work collaboratively with a global team and diverse audiences
