The Role:

In this role, you will report to the Director of Talent & DEI and partner to deepen and strengthen the inclusive and diverse internal culture. Using our DEI framework as a guide, you will look to reinforce key principles of DEI that differentiate us as an organization. You will pay a significant role in partnering to drive engagement, education and awareness around DEI initiatives and practices and enabling the business to broaden horizons.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Passion and understanding for the DEI agenda with ability to help design and execute against annual DEI priorities based on DEI Framework
  • Ability to monitor diversity data, provide analysis and insights to determine appropriate areas of focus deep within the organization
  • In partnership with the Director, Talent & DEI, develop and implement leadership programs and work cross-functionally to activate
  • Ability to partner with key stakeholders and People Operations to understand internal movement/advancement and retention of diverse talent
  • Work to increase inclusion capability of managers and employees through implementation of programs, trainings/workshops, and coaching engagements that educate about recognizing and valuing individual differences and how to enrich our work in the process
  • Partner to ensure that internal and external communications are aligned in key messages reflecting our values and DEI practices 
  • Partner with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support the DEI Framework and activate against it
  • Ability to partner with the business and People Operations to further embed and align DEI into the EVP to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce aligned to the strategy
  • Partner with Diversity Leadership Committee (DLC) to design and execute against initiatives aligned to the DEI Framework based on annual priorities
  • Passion for understanding most current DEI thought leadership and research, and partner to drive the development of DEI collateral and education pieces 


What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Human Resource Management or related field
  • 8-10 years of HR/OMD business experience with strong knowledge and working experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives, change management, and leadership development programs
  • 1-2 years experience in a people management capacity desireable 
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable items
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to facilitate dialogue to move teams forward
  • Broad-based diversity, equity, and inclusion experience and professional experience as subject matter expert
  • Creative thinker with proven track record problem solving and managing complex projects independently
  • Able to handle confidential information 
  • Strong facilitation skills among multi-level audiences
  • Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required
