Sisense’s mission is to provide the fastest unified data platform on the market. As an Office & employee experience Manager, you will own day-to-day office operations to ensure that the office is running smoothly so employees can be productive and bring their best selves to work. Acting as the main point of contact for employees, you will be expected to learn where information is stored and who the best resources are in each department while operating with the utmost discretion.

This is an opportunity to work closely with all levels of the business and have a hand in shaping our company culture. You will manage day to day office logistics and work closely with recruiting, human resources, team leads and c-level executives. You will report directly to our Chief of Staff that manages US and Global Experience, and is a partner to our executive leadership team.
By Day 30...
- You’ll have completed the on-boarding program where you’ll learn about Sisense's values and culture, get equipped with various tools and platforms necessary for your day to day job and gain a basic understanding of Sisense's internal structure and product.
- You’ll be the face of the company by greeting, directing and assisting all onsite visitors.
- You’ll handle day-to-day management of conference room calendars and prioritization of conflicting needs.
- You’ll handle weekly food, beverages and supply orders for the office including managing a ticketing system of requests.
Day 60...
- You’ll be a liaison for facility management working with cleaning crews, catering companies, the building owner and any other third party vendors.
- You’ll assist recruiters with scheduling in-person interviews, candidate travel and managing candidate experience onsite.
- You’ll support internal inclusion initiatives and groups intended to deepen employee engagement and drive productivity through common connections and a welcoming work environment
- You’ll assist the team with administrative needs including scheduling meetings, helping with HR functions, managing office budget and more.
Day 90...
- You’ll organize and plan company events such as Lunch and Learns, Happy Hours, Company Events and Holiday Parties.
- You’ll go above and beyond to create an office experience that inspires and delights all employees and guests.
- You’ll assist in running new hire orientation along with the HR manager and work with in-house IT to ensure new hires are set up on their first day.
- You’ll be in tune with the office needs and come up with creative and efficient solutions that feel representative of our people and culture.

- You are a trusted resource and have developed relationships with leaders within your organization.
- You have a demonstrated track record of success in effectively organizing company events for teams ranging in size from 5 people to 300 people.
- You have a strong understanding of team and executive priorities and can manage calendars effectively, efficiently and discreetly.
- You thrive in a high growth, fast-paced environment where you are a primary source for office coordination and logistics.
