The Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the research, design and implementation of the Talent Acquisition Team initiatives and programs. You will guide efforts towards strengthening LeafLink’s employer brand and DEI recruitment strategies, including effectively training stakeholders with best hiring practices. You will help build the reputation of LeafLink as a phenomenal place to work by supporting the creation of authentic content and engaging campaigns that attract top talent. You will need to be a results-oriented and resourceful individual who is capable of establishing themself as a credible strategic partner. This role will be reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of Employee Brand and Recruitment Event Calendar
- Build brand focused collateral to share with various candidate markets and the wider company
- Managing Employer Brand platforms
- Support partnerships to perpetuate the diversity of our candidate pipelines
- Assist in internal and external event strategies in order to position LeafLink as an employer of choice
- Aid to disseminate employer brand content through social media channels and email campaigns
- Capture data analytics around the effectiveness of employer brand campaigns and recruiting OKRs
- Complete company award applications to increase brand awareness
- Contribute and update our Careers page content, and promote LeafLink’s employee value proposition (EVP)
- Assist in building out Employee Referral Program
- Assist in building LeafLink Internship Program
- Support Director of TA on ad-hoc projects as necessary
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- 2+ years working in copywriting and design preferred
- Proven ability to be an effective partner when executing upon strategic initiatives
- Self-starter who is creative
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with Adobe and other design softwares preferred
- Experience developing blog posts & newsletters, including the ability to creatively tell a story
- An ability to own programs and initiatives at all levels, from development and design, to execution and details
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively when collaborating with multiple stakeholders with differing priorities
