About the role
The mission of this role is to amplify our competitive advantage as a high-performing, inclusive and people-centric company across all employer brand marketing channels to attract and retain exceptional talent.
Outcomes and responsibilities
The Employer Brand Marketing Lead will articulate Rokt’s distinct value proposition as a desired destination for top talent by telling our story with an authentic and uniquely Rokt voice across a range of measurable marketing programs. They will own our employer brand marketing across all channels and will directly impact the quality of our active candidate pipelines and measurable employer brand sentiment.
They will:
- Co-design the talent brand strategy for Rokt in partnership with the Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams
- Create, maintain and drive internal engagement with material, speakers, and any other assets that tell our story
- Develop and execute campaigns that result in increased active applicant flow to open positions and increased responsiveness to recruiter/sourcer outreach.
- Track and analyze demand generation KPIs and full-funnel program and channel performance to ensure that learnings are consistently applied
- Drive communication of demand initiatives, roadmap, progress and performance to the TA and Marketing teams.
- Test/Measure ROI in all efforts to maximize effectiveness
- Assist in talent market expansion by partnering with local press, campaigns and activating channels for hiring
- Leverage our ATS (Workable) to segment and build campaigns for passive talent and create rich, authentic, and continuous content highlighting life at Rokt
- Manage all digital channels (Rokt Career Site, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc), find new ones, and optimize the mix of our candidate sources
Capabilities & requirements
- 3+ years experience in recruitment marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
- Develop and execute digital campaigns across marketing channels, including paid search, paid social advertising and content distribution, including managing relationships with external entities, like Google, LinkedIn and other ad networks
- Experience managing paid channels such as; Paid search, Paid Social & Paid Display
- Budget tracking for all acquisition channels and recommend new spend opportunities
- Experience with writing, editing and proofreading marketing campaigns
- Working in a hyper growth tech organization and building and leading towards scale
- Superb organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional computer skills – fluency in Google Suite and exposure to Hubspot, Guru, applicant tracking systems
- Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for Rokt and company culture
