We’re looking for an Executive Recruiter to join our People team!
What you’ll do:
Attract and hire executive and leadership talent for Snap
Develop and lead search strategies and engagements to position Snap for success today and well into the future
Work on a range of projects including searches, succession planning, and market mapping
Commit to inclusive hiring in order to contribute to a culture guided by diverse backgrounds and ideas
Provide outstanding guidance to hiring managers to shape their talent needs to best match the needs of Snap and the talent in the market
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process at the leadership and executive-level including partnering with hiring managers on position specifications, creating and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies, managing the interview process, assessing candidates' skills, experiences and attributes, and completing offer discussions
Play a critical role in engaging candidates and facilitate a positive onboarding experience
Work closely with the businesses throughout the search process providing consistent, detailed communication and incredible client service
Develop a deep understanding of the candidate’s leadership style, personal background, professional history, and specific fit to the role
A passion for people and desire to consistently be a positive influence on the community

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Direct recruiting experience in a technical company preferably a consumer product organization
Prior experience advising and managing clients in a professional services environment
Sound track record of solving sophisticated problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant hiring impact for a business
Strong domain knowledge and expertise in executive search or executive talent acquisition
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as well as strong communication and organizational skills
Excellent communication and writing skills
Good judgment and executive presence and ability to interface effectively with senior executives
Demonstrated personal accountability and integrity
Comprehensive behavioral-based interviewing and candidate assessment skills is desirable
Has the drive, motivation, and passion to disrupt the talent landscape and deliver incredible customer and candidate experience
Has the intellectual curiosity, problem-solving capability and drive to build the leadership at Snap
A passion and a demonstrable track record of hiring diverse talent
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
5+ years of experience recruiting senior-level talent; preferably with some experience with full lifecycle recruiting
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of direct recruiting experience in a technical company preferably a consumer product organization
3+ years of prior experience consulting and managing clients in a professional services environment
