Executive Sourcer

We’re looking for an Executive Sourcer to join our Executive Recruiting team!
What you’ll do:
Serve as the subject matter expert across Director, VP, and C-level technical and/or non-technical searches
Act as a recruiting consultant to senior business partners - including but not limited to, improving hiring/interview process, running interviewer trainings, and building candidate proficiency matrices
Lead the sourcing process for high priority roles and engaging with passive candidates
Develop and lead search strategies
Work closely with the businesses throughout the search process providing consistent, detailed communication and incredible client service
Implement and execute recruiting programs to attract senior, passive talent
Provide regular status reports to our executive team
Foster long-term relationships with prospective candidates
A passion for people and desire to consistently be a positive influence on the community
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Prior in-house experience sourcing executive level talent, ideally at a fast-paced tech company
Deep familiarity market mapping a diverse set of sectors across the tech industry
Prior experience advising and managing clients in a professional services environment
Stellar candidate management skills
Experience partnering with and influencing executives and hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle
Ability to thrive in fast paced environments, embrace ambiguity, and adapt quickly to change
Have a self starter attitude with a bias for action, but with the humility to ask the right questions
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to stay organized
Good judgment and ability to interface effectively with senior executives
Demonstrated personal accountability and integrity
Comprehensive behavioral-based interviewing and candidate assessment skills is desirable
A passion and a demonstrable track record of identifying diverse talent
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
3+ years of experience working on executive / leadership searches
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year year of sourcing experience in a technical company preferably a consumer product organization
2+ years of prior experience consulting and managing clients in a professional services environment
