Scope of activities

• On-boarding setup: gamification and automation of activities. Design handbooks and guides for the various functions in the company;
• Induction program coordination;
• Training coordination: internal and external training;
• Knowledge sharing program setup and coordination;
• Mentor and support leaders (globally) in their daily efforts;
• Evangelize our RPA Academy program, internally and externally and build L&D content related to it;

Job Profile Critical Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in a tech company on a similar position - at least 4 years;
• An outgoing person, who can prove kindness, openness and initiative;
• Public speaking skills
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other European languages is a plus.
• A background in a tech company - preferable a start-up - is desired.
