The Global People and Talent PMO Lead, will lead BCG DV's project management programs focused on strategy, tools and processes that enable our employees to deliver peak performance against business and leadership goals. This role drives the necessary operations, projects, implementations and communications of Global People and Talent. The Global People and Talent PMO Lead ensures there is an environment where employees can build skills to improve their performance and where the company has the necessary talent now and, in the future, to meet its strategic goals.
This role requires a unique combination of strategic, operational, and tactical expertise and works in partnership with a complex set of People & Talent stakeholders aligning them towards a progressive approach to managing performance that evolves our culture and behaviors of leaders and employees.
This role is the heart of DV Global People and Talent. Leading our projects, change management, implementations, and communications across all our work.
In this role you will:

  • Ensures high quality delivery of all elements of the 2022 Global People and Talent Agenda. To include:
    • 2022 Employee Lifecycle actions
    • Growth and Impact
    • Promotions Slate
    • ODC
    • Talent reviews
  • Develop PMO function to coordinate and deliver all Global People and Talent Strategic projects in 2022. To include:
    • EVP Development and Implementation
    • DV Global Hybrid working model Policy Framework
    • DV Global DE&I Policy Framework
  • Develop and implement an internal and external communication plan for Global People and Talent
  • Project Manage moving away from DV's legacy performance management platform into the future-state Workday solution that provides an optimal employee and People team experience.
  • Work alongside the BCG Workday Cumulus team to configure, pilot and test integrations and drive the change management necessary for a successful go-live.


You should have:

  • 8+ years of proven project management experience; specifically in two or more of the following practice areas:
    • Performance Management
    • Workforce Planning
    • Change management
  • 3+ years of Change Management experience
  • Strong familiarity and focus on best practices within successful fast-paced global companies particularly growing technology companies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and independently
  • Self-directed; experience with rapidly implementing new tools and processes who can handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent attention to detail and can pivot into strategic discussions informed by data and research
  • Outstanding team player with the ability to work and influence people at all levels
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. An appreciation of how to communicate and embed change within a diverse, global audience
  • Exceptional project and process management skills with a demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic business environment
  • Substantial problem-solving skills with a focus on systems thinking, process mapping, task management and execution
  • Experience in technology, professional services, or similar industries ideally with a global scope


Additional Desired Competencies:

  • BS/MS degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
  • Project Management Qualifications (Prince 2 or APM) are highly desirable
  • Systems Implementation exp with Workday and/or Success Factors preferred
  • People Analytics/data story telling capability would be advantageous
