The People Ops team at HUMAN is passionate about the Humans we hire to protect the internet. We’re looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Lead to join us to build out and Recruiting Excellence across all of HUMAN globally.

What you'll do:

  • Keep abreast of the global talent market we compete in and proactively identify and plan for upcoming trends
  • Set strategy and define a talent acquisition roadmap to successfully attract and hire the talent needed globally to scale the company aligned to our strategic plan
  • Manage, lead, develop and mentor a team of recruiters that is responsible for hiring for all levels across the organization
  • Collaborate with People Ops on DEI and culture in all aspects of the hiring process including but not limited to: content of job descriptions, training, interview panels that improve diversity hires
  • Bring an analytical “sales oriented” metrics mentality to Recruiting Analytics - bringing the discipline one might apply to a sales funnel, identifying key metrics, determining what activities lead to conversions, what sources are most efficient in delivering qualified leads? etc.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to understand hiring needs (for full-time and/or contractor growth) to define strategies to attract top talent
  • In partnership with Marketing, develop and implement our employer branding strategy to position HUMAN as an outstanding place to work in order to proactively attract top talent
  • Develop content across social media (Linkedin, Glassdoor and others, blogs, etc.) to drive branding efforts to attract top talent to HUMAN openings
  • Ensure strong pipeline and sourcing avenues are developed to attract the talent we need for continued growth
  • Leverage ATS as a strategic tool by ensuring there is clean data for tracking and reporting to inform data-driven decisions for the Talent Acquisition and broader leadership teams 
  • Ensure consistency of all pre-hire processes and documentation including, but not limited to: interview feedback documentation, background check and references, and onboarding procedures
  • Track metrics and develop methodology for monitoring pipeline activity for team and manage reporting on hiring progress out to execs and cross-functional partner
  • Manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards, professional associations, D&I groups and HR software vendor
  • Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget
  • Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication) ensuring a strong candidate experience
  • Be a steward of our Company Values and create an open, inclusive environment that support our DEI initiativesEnsure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations related to recruitment
  • Ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behaviour aligns with HUMAN’s policies, procedures, and values.

Who you are:

  • Experience leading a Talent Acquisition team and successfully supporting the recruiting and hiring needs of a rapidly scaling tech company 
  • You monitor and are keenly aware of the competitive talent market we operate in and understand the latest trends and recruiting best practices and their potential impact
  • You have a passion for matching humans with the best career opportunities of their livesYou have experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition recruitment partner, with at least three (3) years leading a Talent Acquisition team for a tech company in a high-growth environment
  • You have experience with social media recruiting (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook & Twitter) is requiredYou demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiativesYou have a solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
  • You have solid experience implementing Talent Acquisition technology platforms and maintaining, developing, designing operational metrics and processes (Greenhouse experience desired)You have excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • You have successfully created and/or established high performing teams, programs, solutions or strategiesYou have a strong sense of urgency, with demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple activities
  • You are highly collaborative, with a strong desire to support, enable, and coach othersYou deftly navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, make timely decisions and drive behavioral change
  • You have a deep understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and high degree of integrity
