The Role
To accomplish our mission, our workforce is highly mobile. Expanding our existing travel program to provide a high-quality, safe, and efficient travel experience will be your goal.
As a Global Travel Lead you will be responsible for the strategic development and overall management of Palantir's global travel program. You will be tasked with delivering an exceptional travel experience to Palantir employees, while maintaining a cost-efficient global travel program. You will manage all vendor relationships, serve as the primary interface for company travelers, and ensure the travel program effectively scales to meet the rapidly changing needs of Palantir's global business.
In this role, you will:
- Provide an exceptional travel experience for Palantirians around the world.
- Own and implement Palantir's long-term travel program strategy.
- Manage all travel vendor relationships.
- Ensure the Travel Team is always prepared to support Palantir's rapidly changing business needs.
What We Value
- BA/BS.
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate travel programs.
- Excellent customer service mentality.
- Proven record of negotiating favorable rates with travel vendors.
- Strong critical analysis skills.
- Ability to motivate a team to achieve outcomes on tight timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
