Job Description

Your role at Bread:

• Driving strategic and operational excellence across all aspects of people operations including talent acquisition and management, employee experience, diversity and inclusion, policy and compliance, and people analytics

• Establishing and fostering relationships with leaders throughout the organization to understand and support business priorities with appropriate HR solutions

• Partnering with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes impacting the changing business environment, including organizational design and talent management

• Designing and implementing on-going improvements for sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation strategy, long-term organizational planning, and individual contributor and manager/executive training

• Creating a robust learning and development strategy that encourages professional development and career growth for employees at all levels

• Ensuring consistency and adherence to company policies and applicable employment law

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• SPHR/SHRM-SCP strongly preferred

• At least 5+ years of experience in people ops (with proven experience of a data-driven outlook) supporting multiple levels of management in a fast-paced tech environment

• Strong project management skills - organized, detail oriented, execution focused

• High social and emotional intelligence - you truly enjoy mentoring team members and cultivating strong relationships with all types of people

• Excellent knowledge of culture and HR best practices and labor legislation

• Extremely skilled communicator - experience in change management scenarios

• Flexible leader - you can operate at a highly strategic level, but can also deep dive tactically

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

Certifications:

Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) - HRCI, ​SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) - SHRM
