Who Are We Looking For?


An accomplished HR Professional with experience in establishing the People function at a growth organization at Fundera, to help us attract and grow a high performing team. Sound like you? Let’s meet.

As our Head of People, you’ll...

  • Function as a strategic advisor to company leadership and managers for all things people related
  • Help to drive an excellent employee experience in line with our company values and culture
  • Oversee our recruiting function to ensure we continue to bring top talent into Fundera through a seamless interview process
  • Develop, operationalize and iterate on people operations policies around compensation, benefits, performance management, retention, etc.
  • Build and own professional development programming for our employees
  • Act as a point of contact for workplace and career related issues for all Fundera employees

You’ll Need to Have…

  • 5-10 years of experience in human resources, preferably with experience in similar startup/growth stage organizations
  • Multi-disciplinary experience across recruiting, people operations, business partnering
  • Have built people programs within an organization, not just overseen existing ones
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate organization wide
