Figuring out where to begin a career is a huge decision, but students are often forced to rely on overstretched career services centers and personal connections when they begin their job search. We have built the first product ever to automate early career recruiting and career coaching. Our software handles all the heavy lifting that has traditionally gone into recruiting for companies and helps candidates find the right opportunities.
Since launching RippleMatch from our college dorm room, we have taken off on college campuses, raised over $10 million in venture funding, and brought on some of the most exciting companies in the country as customers. Role Description:
As the leader of our people organization and a member of the executive team, you will be responsible for building and owning all aspects of people operations. You will be responsible for talent acquisition, HR systems and operations, learning and development, culture, and diversity and inclusion. You will be responsible for keeping RippleMatch employees happy and healthy, building a culture of radical candor, and finding a talented and diverse team.
Projects you would work on:
- Driving sourcing for most hires
- Building stronger hiring process and diving deep into leveraging Greenhouse
- Building an initial employee handbook
- Moving offices when the time is right
- Planning our annual company retreat

Qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional people operations experience, preferably at an early stage startup
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Deep recruitment / talent acquisition experience
- Track record of building culture
