What will you do?

You will help shape our hiring strategy for both tech and non-tech recruitment, combining a data-driven approach and a people-first mindset. You'll have the opportunity to help scale our team as we look to move into hyper-growth.

This role will report directly to the Chief People Officer. 

What success looks like

  • Lead, inspire, and grow a team including recruiting, recruiting ops, sourcing, and employer branding functions
  • Develop and drive a cohesive recruiting strategy (processes, recruiting metrics, brand, etc)
  • Drive decisions with data: collect and use data to make informed decisions, drive efficiency, and communicate challenges and progress to key partners, analyze pipeline health and conversion metrics to identify trends, and develop predictive analyses to optimize our work
  • Define and measure success metrics for the function
  • Evaluate our recruiting and sourcing metrics to continuously measure and improve team performance and candidate experience
  • Ensure we attract and engage a diverse talent pool. Ensure our hiring practices are inclusive and our interviewers receive adequate coaching to create a top-class experience where candidates from different backgrounds feel welcomed
  • Partner closely with executives and senior leadership across the organization to tackle challenges and build recruiting processes to scale

Requirements

  • Experience leading a talent organization during a high growth stage with the ability to coach, empower, and develop a team
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships at all levels of the organization
  • Passionate about building diverse, values-driven teams
  • Proven track record to design and communicate clear processes, and an analytical, yet creative, approach to problem-solving
  • Strong bias for action and ability to lead both tactically (go deep) and strategically
  • Flexibility to adjust to a growing start-up environment
  • Experience with Greenhouse a plus
