As Head of Talent Acquisition, you will own bringing the people who will help us achieve our mission and strategy. You will lead a team of recruiters, partnering with managers to create hiring plans and processes that will help us scale at a rapid pace. A Day in Your Life
- Develop our hiring strategy and plans, deriving it from business goals and roadmap. Utilize different approaches to attract and retain a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for all positions.
- Build, Lead, and Coach a high-performing team of Recruiters.
- Partner with hiring managers and business partners to build high performing teams.
- Build the hiring process to meet scale, supporting speed and quality. We want to bring people who are a great fit, and get them here pretty fast.
- Develop, analyze and implement metrics to drive the hiring process’ effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, as well as drive recruiter performance.
- Create and develop training programs for recruiters and hiring teams. Train our interviewers for best practices for identifying and attracting the right candidates, in a bias free way.
- Innovate and experiment with new approaches to candidate sourcing and top of funnel creation, including employer branding and social media strategy efforts, and new sourcing approaches and tools.
What You Bring
- People First: You create strong relationships, nurture your team, and build partnerships with hiring managers and teams.
- Experience: You have created a hiring strategy and plans, deriving these from business goals. You’ve lead a global team of recruiters, driving motivation and performance. You have scaled-up a tech company, building the team at a rapid pace, and creating the infrastructure to support it. Background in tech recruiting is a great advantage.
- Teacher: You’re a subject matter expert when it comes to hiring. Coach and train our managers and hiring teams on best practices, enabling us to bring in great people on time.
- Process Driven: Deep understanding that Augury's success is driven by its people and that we need to create an infrastructure that supports hiring at scale, bringing the right people onboard.
- Data Fluent: Ability to build a data-driven recruitment strategy to understand, analyze and communicate recruitment metrics to enable efficient hiring processes.
- Embracing change: You deal well with ambiguity and work to create clarity. Your resourceful in finding solutions to challenges you have not faced before.
