We are a stealth company on a mission to reinvent women’s healthcare services, starting with egg freezing and IVF. We believe it’s time for women to learn the facts about their fertility and make their own plan through best-in-class technology, operations, clinical service, and a modern branded experience. We are NYC-based with a plan to rapidly expand nationally through acquisitions and de novo development.

The Head of Talent will work closely with the senior management team to drive recruiting and develop HR strategies, policies, procedures and training programs from the ground up to ensure empowerment, talent development and productivity across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and develop the HR function to support a fast-growing, acquisitive business with a focus on talent acquisition, integration of employees from acquisitions and on the development of HR strategy for the company

  • Build and institutionalize HR infrastructure and processes, including department accountability, employment processing, compensation, health and benefits and employee relations and retention policies and procedures

  • Provide proactive consultation to senior leadership with respect to talent acquisition and development

  • Analyze market trends and update compensation plans and establish clear guidelines for performance measurement

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and work closely with in-house counsel to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Review and oversee employee policies; ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulatory guidelines

  • Establish and maintain human resource metrics and analytics

  • Oversee compensation program and engage with leadership team to tie performance to compensation

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5 to 10 years broad-based human resource experience in a highly sophisticated, fast-paced environment

  • Strong HR generalist experience required with knowledge across various HR functions with an initial focus on recruiting but also including compensation practice, regulatory experience, employee relations and performance management

  • Interest and experience in women’s health and / or healthcare services.

  • Demonstrated success in all HR functions and must be able to execute flawlessly with limited support staff

  • Results driven individual that demonstrates strategic thinking, innovation and flexibility

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Collaborative working style, detail- and goal- oriented, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage tight deadlines
