Qualifications
Our team is lean (and growing!) and we pride ourselves on getting things done and having fun while we do it. You will partner closely with our Head of HRIS and Benefits to create efficiencies and enhance current processes in the name of engaging and retaining top talent into our MarketAxess family.
You have a track record of taking initiative, thinking of creative ways to bring in technology talent (as well as hires across all business operations) and exceeding hiring goals.
What You'll Do
- Provide general HR support (systems, general inquiries etc.) to MarketAxess employees as needed
- Manage special projects including (but not limited to):
- managing immigration processes and reporting requirements, partnering with our Head of HRIS and Benefits and external counsel
- support the evolution of our new remote worker policies and procedures
- aid in HRIS integration efforts for existing systems
- Partner with the HR team to assess and enhance our onboarding experience and processes
- Host new hire orientation sessions
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field
- 1-2+ years of prior relevant full-time work or internship experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal dynamics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong multitasking skills and passion for HR and learning new tools and platforms
Eligibility Requirements: This role requires 3 days onsite at our offices at 55 Hudson Yards. As such, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to your start date.
