Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers on our PEDD team, gaining understanding of their current and future organizational needs
  • Manage full life-cycle recruiting process for the PEDD teams from creation of a job description, search and identification to offer negotiation and working with hiring managers to close candidates
  • Coach managers on how to lead their teams, navigate and resolve employee relations issues, and manage programs that develop people.
  • Assess employee engagement on a proactive, ongoing basis; identifies and works to address disengagement issues early
  • Act as a respected and trustworthy resource to employees at every level of the company, with respect to issues including communication, management, performance, career development and respect in the workplace
  • Earn trust with leaders by learning the business while helping them understand their People business; including metrics and drivers around hiring, performance management, talent development, engagement, and retention
  • Handle employee relations matters with the highest profession standards, providing counseling and coaching to managers and staff and ensuring an expedited and effective escalation and resolution as appropriate
  • Use metrics to track and communicate HR performance to business and HR leaders

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in Human Resources and at least 1 year of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner in a technology organization preferred
  • 1+ year experience in recruiting, sales or related field preferred
  • Proven record of effectively coaching managers as they navigate complex people situations
  • Comfortable working with people at all levels across the organization, and you proactively work with employees/clients to provide support when needed
  • High bar for all things people-related and you’re willing to stay-the-course when challenges arise
  • Data-driven with proven experience applying metrics to implement change in business
  • You’re knowledgeable in HR policy and laws
