The HR Coordinator will support day-to- day HR processes and deliverables and work in collaboration with the Human Resources Team.

Responsibilities 

  • Assist with the development and implementation of new or revised policies and programs and ongoing management of existing policies and programs.
  • Provide administrative support as requested, including calendaring, meeting management, data entry, audits for employee timesheet entry, and the creation and maintenance of employee files
  • Support HR Team with general processes including onboarding, orientation, performance management, offboarding, exit interviews and compliance
  • Work closely and collaborate with the Information Technology team and Recruiting team for new hire preparation and setup
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding process by scheduling onboarding meetings, handling new hire paperwork, HRIS system set up, 30-60-90 day check ins, new hire presentation scheduling, and being the main point of contact for all new hires  
  •  Ensure onboarding process is of high quality by consistently looking for areas of improvement and efficiency
  • Answer employee requests and questions related to payroll, benefits and general policies
  • Distribute quarterly employee pulse surveys and manager feedback surveys to all employees 
  • Partner with PEO on benefits, payroll, compliance, and HR related matters in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the HR team for event planning, Employee Resource Group initiatives, DEI initiatives, and cultural activities held company-wide 
  • Develop strong, collaborative relationships with management team and employees
  • Assist with the recruitment and interview processes as needed
  • Perform other related duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

Required education and experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Experience using HRIS Systems
