What you’ll do: 

As an early member of the HR team, you will help establish processes and be a point of contact for employees. Reporting the Head of Human Resources, you will work closely on establishing new processes and systems as well as engaging heavily with employees.  

Additionally, you’ll be expected to:

  • Actively manage the payroll and review process with the Head of Human Resources
  • Maintain and administer Unqork’s HR platforms and processes
  • Maintain HR records and related documents.
  • Act as a point of contact to effectively answer Unqork employees’ HR questions
  • Help build new processes (i.e. onboarding, system implementation, etc.)
  • Assist with additional projects as assigned and required 

What we’re looking for:

  • 1 – 3 years of Human Resources or support experience
  • Knowledge of Human Resources process and best practices
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Strong time & project management skills
  • Incredible attention to detail
