HR Coordinator

monday.com is constantly growing and scaling and so is our HR team! We are looking for an HR Coordinator to ensure monday.com provides the best experience for our people and provides quality support to our HR team. In addition, the HR Coordinator will help ensure the best candidate and employee experience and assist with other HR processes. 


The Role:

The Role

As an HR Coordinator, you are an integral part of monday.com’s long-term growth and success. To be great in this role, you are self-driven and motivated with a high degree of ownership, you love being productive and detail-oriented, and you have a great ability to multitask without hindering quality. You also possess a positive and upbeat attitude and interpersonal skills that will enable you to work with all levels of employees, including Hiring Managers, Directors and even our co-founders. You take initiative, demonstrate strong common sense, and can operate in a fast-paced and changing environment.

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employees when they have HR-related questions and/or concerns
  • Manage coordination and execution of all aspects of employee on-boarding and off-boarding, including preparing and scheduling new hire orientation, collecting and processing new hire paperwork, administering Form I-9, scheduling exit interviews, sending and managing off-boarding materials
  • Manage the accuracy of data within the HRIS and other systems used
  • Create employment verification letters and respond to requests for employment information as needed
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of programs to maintain and improve employee engagement
  • Identify opportunities for improving our HR processes
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality with company and employee information
  • Assist team members with special projects as needed


Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree or similar college-level education 
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant HR administrative/coordinator level experience 
  • Prior HRIS experience
  • Positive and strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Highly flexible and adaptable
