What you’ll do:
As a HR Immigration Specialist you will be a key member of the Shared Services team, ensuring an efficient, organized, and high performing team, which delivers a great service to our internal clients. The HR Immigration Specialist will report to our Global Mobility lead and support global immigration matters. You will provide client focused immigration support, overseeing the immigration life cycle. This is inclusive of administrative tasks required for compliance. You will liaison and build relationships with new hires, current employee transfers, recruiters, hiring managers, HRBP and TTD’s designated immigration counsel.
You will be part of the Global Shared Services team and work alongside our Global HR Team.
In this role you will:
Immigration Assessment Cases: Explore options for employment sponsorship and communicate processes and timelines to all important partners
Manage Current Global Employee Immigration Cases: Serving as the contact for current employees going through multiple types of immigration process (new visas, change of status, amendment, extensions, business travel, permanent residency)
Escalate immigration issues and provide suggestions when the process takes an unexpected turn.
Oversee internal processes for permanent residency requirements including recruiting management, applicant communications, and application preparation review
Review invoices for immigration-related services
Ensure immigration data is maintained and that our global immigration compliance records have an appropriate level of data security
Meet the changing needs of the business and ensure high quality service delivery.
Proactively prioritize work effort and deliver key projects, in partnership with the global HR Shared Services team
Consult with key stakeholders and Centers of Excellence to understand business needs, undertake the implementation of programs, and support the improvement of processes
Serve as a point of escalation for team members in order to resolve complex issues
Who you are:
3+ years working with a corporate immigration program
Familiarity with Global Immigration
Experience with research, assessing, and determine their impact to the business
Familiar with startup work such as expansions into new countries and territories
Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships (influencing skills)
Must be able to exercise judgement and independently take appropriate action within defined HR policies and procedures
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required
Focused on customer service satisfaction
Experience utilizing Workday
Bachelor’s degree
