About You:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our growing team. This leader will report to our Director of Human Resources and support our HR and Recruiting team members. This person should have outstanding people skills, be passionate about driving other people's success and demonstrate strategic ability to align people strategies and programs to real business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with the Director of Human Resources to understand and execute the Company’s human resource and talent strategy.
  • Participates in and collaborates with the Director of Human Resources on 4x12 planning.
  • Partners with PEO on benefits, payroll, compliance, and HR related matters.
  • Provides support and guidance to HR and Recruiting team members, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.
  • Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
  • Maintains employee records to assure accuracy, integrity, and security of the data.
  • Working with the Senior HR Generalist, champions the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision
  • Works with Director of Human Resources on preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and employees. Serve as trusted advisor and valued business partner to senior management.
  • Helps to build, maintain, and drive cultural initiatives.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the Director of Human Resources to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of human resource generalist experience and 1+ years of human resources management experience preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred but not required.
