VICE is looking for an administrative and process-driven problem solver, with knowledge of HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and documents procedures and responsibilities
  • Identifies improvements to process and implements changes
  • Partners across HR and accounting functions to understand processes
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business and departmental needs
  • Partner with HR centers of expertise to build solutions, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll, training, and talent acquisition
  • Develop materials to effectively communicate to employees

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience, preferably with some focus in HR
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience
  • Comfortable using Excel to compile and analyze data
  • Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and balance priorities

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of state and federal labor laws
  • Experience using HRIS systems
