Are you interested in leading the continuous development of an HR system that powers a fast paced operations company? Motivate is looking for an experienced HRIS professional to develop and manage the Ceridian Dayforce system through the implementation of new features and projects, effective training for HR professionals and creative thinking/problem solving.

About the Role

  • Day-to-day administration of the HRIS

  • Documentation of processes to ensure consistency across the organization

  • Technical lead on resolving HRIS inquiries across the organization

  • Point of contact for local HR members regarding all HRIS questions

  • Maintain individual user access as Super User for the organization, including evaluating the need for additional roles

  • Design HRIS training module for HR, managers and employees, including new hires

  • Ensure workflows and notifications are correct for different actions and end-users across the organization

  • Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate

  • Develop repository of HR data, including dashboards, to ensure regular access to information is available to key stakeholders

  • Reporting lead for the organization, responding to ad-hoc requests and empowering managers and HR team members to pull data as needed

  • Maintain relationship with HRIS support team

 

About You

  • You have 5-7 years of experience working with HRIS

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and are keen not to let things fall through the cracks

  • You are able to connect and build trust with project partners both internally and externally

  • You love iterating on things and making them better, you’re always trying to solve the next problem before it happens

  • You have experience coaching and training teams on HRIS best practices

  • Your project management skills are next level; you can maintain competing deadlines and organize/simplify complex processes in no time.

  • You are comfortable and thrive in an agile and fast paced environment

  • You can work independently to set efficient timelines and project goals

  • You don’t take things to seriously and know how to laugh at yourself

 

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a huge plus!

  • Interest in biking / bikeshare

  • Experience managing, leading and developing teams
