Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry and we’re looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. If you are excited by technology that has the power to handle hundreds of thousands of transactions per second; collect tens of billions of events each day; and evaluate thousands of data-points in real-time all while responding in just a few milliseconds, then IAS is the place for you!


As a Human Resources Coordinator you will the “go-to” resource to assist with employee from hire to retire. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, dedicated, detailed-oriented with a strong desire to work with awesome people in a highly collaborative environment. You should be able to not take yourself too seriously as well.


What you’ll do:

  • Meticulously organize and help welcome new employees as they onboard.
  • Manage compliance of various state and federal requirements including: I-9 authorizations, background checks, etc.
  • Own our employee files and uploading new hire documentation while ensuring we are in compliance
  • Keep processes, policies, and documentation up to date and inform areas we can improve the employee experience.
  • Maintain and regularly update content in our internal intranet system. 
  • Process employee lifecycle events: onboarding, off-boarding, employee changes.
  • Manage separations process by sending exit interview surveys, coordinating in person exit interviews and saving necessary exit documentation.
  • First point of our HR Mailbox to respond general inquiry responses. 

Who you are and what you have:

  • 1-2 years of HR or related work experience in a high growth organization (could include internships)
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business / Human Resources
  • Strong attention to details and organizational skills
  • Ability to exercise good judgement and discretion, maintaining confidentiality when required
  • A friendly attitude and willingness to tackle the people operations role with a more edgy approach
  • A curiosity and passion to learn a lot! Always pushing things forward and simplifying our processes and procedures.

What puts you over the top:

  • Previous HR Experience
  • PHR or SPHR Certification
