Human Resources Director 

Force is excited to welcome a Human Resources Director to join our team. The HR team at Force is responsible for making Force a great place to work which includes all responsibilities related to human resources, people engagement, recruiting, and facilities and office management.

Responsibilities 

Execute on all HR functions which include:

  • Recruitment: 

    • Manage recruiting efforts including job description creation, sourcing, screening calls, scheduling, onsite interview management, reference calls, managing offer documents

  • People Operations: 

    • Manage our PEO, Justworks: manage payroll and benefits questions including health insurance, 401k and wellness offerings

    • Ensure adherence to all HR policies and any employment-related legal, regulatory and compliance requirements

    • Lead overall facilities and office management

  • Employee Engagement:

    • Coach and collaborate with managers, employees and leadership on a variety of HR-related questions and issues, including our performance management and career pathing process

    • Conduct all onboarding and offboarding procedures 

About You

  • You are passionate about working at a great company and motivating our employees to make the world a better place 

  • You have 5-10+ years of HR/People Operations experience within a growing startup, and have proven success recruiting/building/scaling a company from 50 to 100. 

  • You can effectively navigate employee engagement or performance issues with process & good judgment

  • You excel at managing priorities in a fast-paced environment which include proactively anticipating and managing people issues before they arise 

  • You are empathetic and a good listener for employees and handle all matters with a high level of confidentiality

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
