We are growing our Addepar People team with the addition of an HR Generalist to support our team. This hands-on position will be responsible for providing the full spectrum of People Operations (HR) services and support across all of our offices.


This key member of the People Operations team will be responsible for supporting a variety of programs and practices, including employee onboarding, shared services, compensation, benefits, systems, and compliance. The successful candidate will have an enthusiasm for challenge, problem-solving, and a passion for process improvement. This role will require flexibility in thinking and an ability to pivot quickly to address new priorities.


Responsibilities

  • Administer HR tools and systems, maintaining impeccable data integrity
  • Support managers and employees on all HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure inquiries and issues are handled in a timely and effective manner according to process and legal timescales with professionalism, fairness, and consistency
  • Participate in all aspects of total rewards, including compensation benchmarking and reviews, 401k administration, variable pay programs, assisting with benefits administration and renewals, and wellness programming
  • Manage legal compliance and reporting as it relates to payroll, immigration, and other HR practices
  • Implement and enhance HR systems to support growth
  • Define, collect, analyze and use indicator data from a variety of sources to identify and drive continuous improvement


Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in progressive HR positions
  • A firm commitment to confidentiality and integrity
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines while maintaining keen attention to detail
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state laws, guidelines, and compliance regulations relative to employment
  • Strong proficiency with HRIS systems (ADP & Bamboohr preferred), and Google Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills and ability to build relationships and communicate effectively and respectfully with management and employees at all levels in the organization
  • A relentless approach to nailing the details
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to drive programs independently
  • BA/BS degree in relevant field preferred
