Immigration & Mobility Specialist
Peloton is seeking an experienced Immigration & Mobility Specialist to assist in scaling our programs and processes as we expand our operations. This team member will focus specifically on internal mobility, immigration policy, and international regulatory compliance. The position will be based out of Peloton’s NYC HQ and will report in to the Director of People.
- Act as the primary resource for existing, former, and future employees regarding all aspects of immigration and internal mobility
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to prepare immigration applications and manage the employee relocation process from end to end
- Proactively create and communicate relocation packages for candidates and employees
- Ensure tax compliance of relocation packages by collaborating with Payroll and Accounting departments
- Coordinate with external relocation service providers to ensure seamless employee relocation
- Manage the onboarding, offboarding, and compliance of freelance and contracted employees
- Provide support to the People team with related projects, as needed
- 3+ years of experience managing immigration processes, global mobility, or related programs
- Understanding of international and domestic relocation/immigration policies
- Knowledge of international tax, compensation, and payroll processes
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across disciplines
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Passion for fostering a productive and positive employee/candidate experience
