As our Internal Communications Associate, you’ll drive initiatives within the Communications department to create an outstanding experience for Compass employees and agents across the country. Working with the Internal Communications Director, you will champion our employee and agent-centric communications, anticipate the needs of our employees and agents, and foster an open and transparent Compass culture. You’re energized by working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where you will deliver outstanding results.

At Compass You Will:

• Develop, manage and operationalize a cross-functional editorial calendar to ensure proactive communication planning and to create visibility for the Compass Leadership Team
• Draft communications in collaboration with senior leadership, managers, and others throughout the company, often under tight deadlines. This includes recommending the appropriate communication channels and developing a system to measure the effectiveness of each channel used
• Design, write and distribute a weekly national newsletter for employees and agents, including using data to continuously improve the content
• Liaise with regional communications leaders to ensure company-wide initiatives are being localized and communicated effectively
• Produce, coordinate and manage all logistics for our Employee Team Meetings
• Play an integral role in driving employee engagement through Workplace by Facebook, including managing logistics for our weekly live Q&A with our CEO and COO
• Draft scripts, talking points, and presentations for senior leadership speaking engagements
