International Recruitment Coordinator
We are looking to add a Recruitment Coordinator to our team based in New York. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, curious self-starter keen to learn and develop a career in HR/Recruitment. This role will work cross functionally partnering with the other teams in the greater Global People Team as well as with key stakeholders across EMEA & APAC markets.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure a seamless and positive virtual candidate experience and communicate regular status updates
- Support recruiters with scheduling interviews
- Collaborate on sourcing efforts, identifying potential talent to build strong candidate pipelines
- Research and compile market data / reports to assist with building robust sourcing strategies in all EMEA & APAC markets
- Assist with updating and sometimes facilitating interview training and other Talent Acquisition training initiatives and opportunities
- Post job adverts on 3rd party partner sites
- Reinforce our commitment to D&I in the recruitment process
The ideal candidate has:
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking system
- An impeccable attention to detail
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks and quickly adapt in an evolving environment
Experience:
- Experience working in a HR or Recruitment function or a fast-paced role where you’re juggling multiple balls at the same time
- Curious, with a keen interest in learning and building a career in Recruitment/HR
- Excellent analytical skills as well as oral and written skills to communicate complex issues in a concise, straightforward way
- Proficient in the G-Suite, Slack, Linkedin and other web based technologies
- Self-starter who can excel in a demanding, fluid, and fast-paced environment with a desire to roll up your sleeves and have an impact
- Fluency English is essential, fluency in another European language highly desirable
