We’re HEBS Digital, the digital marketing agency that pioneered book-direct strategies for hundreds of hotels around the world. Since 2001, we’ve worked with global chains, independent boutique hotels, and non-hotel accommodations to drive more direct bookings through website design and digital marketing, from SEO, SEM, and online advertising to content, email, and social media marketing. We’re looking for a Junior Recruiter to join the team in our New York office.

Responsibilities of a Junior Recruiter include:

  • Manage the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, soliciting feedback from interviewers and candidates
  • Develop and maintain a pool of qualified applicant using internet sources, networking groups, referrals, and career fairs
  • Assist with onboarding / terminating processes
  • Day-to-day data management, including posting jobs on career boards, niche sites, university websites, including boosting jobs, tracking analytics, etc.,
  • Participate in creating a positive candidate/new hire experience by greeting candidates, ensuring a smooth on-site interview, and smooth transition on orientation day, including internal coordination with new hires, hiring managers and Human Resources/Office Administration departments

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting in marketing, creative, technical, or digital fields. A mix of corporate and agency experience is preferred
  • Solid understanding of the creative and digital marketing industry
  • Experience using tools such as LinkedIn, Job Boards, and other Social media outlets to generate high volume of candidates for multiple full time roles
  • Must be highly flexible and capable of handling multiple and shifting priorities
  • Self-driven, detail-orientated and strong communication skills
  • Ability to ensure the accuracy of highly detailed and confidential information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs; intermediate skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
