We are looking for a full-cycle recruiter who will also help us to build out a recruiting team that is truly best in class. You must be a self-starter, comfortable managing hard to fill roles, and work well without constant supervision. You will be responsible for working with hiring managers to implement creative sourcing techniques, recruit talented candidates, and screen applicants for positions across the platform. You will be developing and executing on sourcing strategies that are measurable, focused on continuous improvement, & results oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing industry-leading talent via innovative methods including advanced internet searches, resume banks, social media, professional organizations, etc.
- Reviewing candidate resumes and online profiles for skills and experience
- Responsible for conducting initial outreach and filtering qualified resumes to hiring lead(s)
- Pre-screening candidates to determine fit and to evaluate domain knowledge, technical skills, soft skills and more
- Working alongside hiring managers to retrieve candidate and hiring manager feedback
- Maintaining company's applicant tracking system
- Maintain data trackers related to onboarding and provide recommendations for improving the process
- Ensure compliance with state regulations for new teammates
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of solid end-to-end recruitment experience working across a wide range of roles at all levels.
- Start-up experience is a plus!
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discretely.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Highly organized, with a keen eye for details.
- Experience with Greenhouse is a plus!
- Superior work ethic and proven history of project management.
- A positive, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Team-player with a ‘no task too small’ attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats.
