We’re looking for a Lead, Recruiting Coordination to join our People team!
What you’ll do:
Assist in our efforts of finding the best talent for Snap Inc. by leading a team of Recruiting Coordinators team that ensures the best possible candidate experience
Collaborate with your recruiting partners to facilitate, analyze, and improve our global interview processes, while acting as liaison between recruiting partners, interviewers, hiring managers, and candidates.
Work closely on sourcing, interviewing, training, and onboarding new team members on the team as we continue to grow
Hold developmental 1:1’s with team members and provide career guidance through regular check ins, performance feedback, etc.
When needed, schedule and facilitate phone, video, and onsite interviews
In conjunction with our recruiting stakeholders create tutorials, templates, and candidate communication as needed
Maintain personal and team metrics such as interview volume and weekly progress reports to support our hiring goals and SLA’s
Build and distribute Interview Dashboards for Business Leaders, Recruiters, and recruiting stakeholders which will help define and measure success through data-driven metrics
Take on additional projects as needed
Sought out as subject matter expert by internal and external partners; demonstrated advanced expertise including depth in multiple focus areas
Develop and execute recruiting coordination strategies to help with the high priority hiring needs for the company and find efficient solutions
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to think operationally and develop processes for efficiency
Someone with a knack for organization and finding creative solutions to problems for scale
An effective problem solver and able to make decisions quickly
Stellar organizational skills, working with a sound sense of urgency and possessing the ability to quickly prioritize various top priorities
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders
Experience training new team members, and being a mentor to more junior team members
Extremely effective communication skills with the ability to work and influence multiple facets of the organization and tailor communication based on the audience
Outstanding interpersonal skills, and extraordinary attention to detail and follow-through
Someone who’s passionate about providing a world-class candidate experience
Experience with online systems, calendar tools, and the Google suite
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a high volume environment
5+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordination or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in partnering with recruiting professionals, business leaders, HR business partners, recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators
Previous experience bringing measurable process improvements to various recruiting stakeholders
Experience with applicant tracking systems (including Workday Recruiting), project management tools (including JIRA), and the Google Suite
Previous experience working with team members across different continents
