About the Role
iCapital Network is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and forward-thinking leader in Talent Development. Reporting to the SVP of Global Talent Management, this role is responsible for creating and implementing global learning and development programs.
This newly created role offers a unique chance to build and shape our rapidly growing business from the ground level. In this role, you will create and implement programs to help onboard, develop, and retain the best talent in the FinTech industry. Initially an independent contributor, you will begin to hire and scale this team with top talent. You will also help us develop award winning programs and initiatives, with an eye for attracting new employees to the company. In short, you will play an important role in the next phase of our team’s growth and success. You will design our learning experiences to ensure we are meeting the needs of new hires, tenured associates, and leaders. Develop a best-in-class learning experience by delivering learning in the "moments that matter," along the learner's journey.
Every day you can expect to work in an inclusive environment that makes excellence possible; where great work and ideas matter more than seniority. We believe in experimenting fearlessly and learning from our failures—quickly. Our leaders have grown successful companies before, and they understand that businesses thrive when capable people have the freedom to solve problems without constraints.
