Please note, this is a 6-month contract.


We are looking for a full-cycle Recruiter to deliver results against our hiring plan. You will be responsible for hiring tech and non-tech roles, working with hiring managers across the company to implement creative sourcing techniques, and recruiting talented candidates.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, pre-screening, and face-to-face interviews through to hire for all technical and non-technical roles
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and hiring needs
  • Develop creative recruiting/sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates for critical and repeat roles
  • Provide a high-quality experience for every potential candidate through effective communication and consistent follow-through
  • Lead kick-off and candidate debrief meetings and ensure consistent, objective hiring process for every search
  • Schedule all interviews while ensuring we keep consistent momentum for candidates
  • Keep track of job postings and maintain system data
  • Scale and iterate on current processes that support diversity, equity, and inclusion

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience hiring across tech and non-tech roles at all levels
  • Experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to take the initiative with little direction
  • Deep knowledge of modern recruiting strategies and sourcing techniques on various platforms
  • Working experience with Lever (strongly preferred) or any other modern ATS
  • Proven ability to partner and influence across diverse groups and experience levels
  • Be creative and flexible with an innate ability to problem-solve and navigate complicated situations with ease
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
