What you will be doing
As our Learning & Development Director, reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will help design and lead Eden’s Learning & Development strategy and program. You will be skilled and passionate about ongoing learning opportunities for all employees to ensure consistency and to continually advance the knowledge and skills of our team. You are passionate about helping people learn and grow and are ready to collaborate with organization stakeholders to ensure gaps in knowledge are addressed. You are comfortable using qualitative and quantitative data as a source of feedback about the impact of our learning and development strategies.
This is a full-time, remote-first position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.
What success looks like
- Define and execute creative, engaging and scalable L&D strategies using best in class approaches to adult learning, in collaboration with senior leaders, cross-functional stakeholders and the People Team leadership.
- Lead the planning, analysis, design, development, and implementation of L&D solutions, including live training, digitized content, individualized learning paths, and learning in the flow of work which drives performance and growth.
- Manage the creative and content creation process in partnership with internal and external subject matter experts and leaders.
- Develop and execute the plan to measure, evaluate, and communicate L&D’s impact against business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and Eden policies and guidelines related to Continuing Professional Education and quality requirements.
- Build, manage, and leverage positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders and peers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor who brings functional expertise and thought leadership necessary to resolve complex challenges.
What you will bring
- 5-7 years of experience in learning and development.
- Experience training and coaching adults, including people managers in multiple modalities.
- Ideally, experience working with healthcare providers and/or clinicians.
- Previous experience implementing or working with Learning Management Systems.
- Proven track record of utilizing metrics throughout the L&D function to ensure learning initiatives are linked to business outcomes.
- Experience as a strategic and creative thinker and problem solver who has demonstrated how L&D programs can advance organizational impact.
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in human resources, organizational development, psychology, business, or a related field.
