Description
We are looking for a Soft Skills Trainer with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills who will be able to help business by developing and delivering trainings and programs for employees.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Conducting preliminary needs assessment using qualitative and quantitative data collection methods
  • Designing concepts of a learning solution (defining appropriate learning approaches and methodologies, content, methods, and evaluation strategy)
  • Developing the required learning assets (self-assessments, presentations, handouts, self-study materials, practical assignments, cases and others that are aligned to the desired learning outcome)
  • Conducting needs assessment of specific group of learners
  • Updating training materials and methods and adapting it to the needs of the group
  • Provision of training materials, pre- and post-training assignments to learners and initiating their engagement in the learning process
  • Following up and/or providing feedback on pre- and post-training assessments
  • Providing post-training support to learners that ensures practical use of gained competencies (if required)
  • Facilitating meetings and learning events in a face-to-face and online situation (delivering 40 hours per month)
  • Defining an evaluation approach and methodology
  • Identifying and defining individual or organizational outcome metrics based on the evaluation strategy or business objectives of a solution
  • Developing data collection instruments (questionnaires, surveys, structured interviews, focus groups, etc.)
  • Conducting data analyses, summarizing learning outcomes and impact, and creating reports to demonstrate value and impact of learning to key stakeholders


REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience as a corporate trainer
  • Proven experience in conducting training online
  • Knowledge of platforms, tools and techniques for conducting training online
  • Degree in education, business, psychology or science related subject preferred
  • Mentoring and/or coaching skills
  • Facilitation skills
  • Desire to grow professionally
  • Enthusiasm and positive attitude
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to embrace change
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Focus on customer satisfaction

ADDITIONAL

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office.
