We’re looking for a Learning and Development Leader to join The Trade Desk as part of the Learning and Development Team. We are a passionate group of professionals who are focused on helping everyone at The Trade Desk reach their full potential by building and delivering programs that foster growth for our front-line employees, new people managers, and tenured people leaders. You excel in facilitating and delivering innovative, impactful, and scalable learning programs for diverse audiences in global environments
You develop and execute learning, leadership, and career development strategies through vision, global mindset, and deep end-to-end program management experience

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Facilitate engaging and exciting instructor-led experiences that are impactful and resonate with global Trade Desk audiences.
Undertake research to design and facilitate programs that build new manager and leadership capabilities aligning to our company values and competencies.
Utilizing a consultative approach and strong thought leadership, communication and influencing skills, you will partner with fellow stakeholders to design, facilitate, and drive various initiatives and programs to support our hyper global growth.
Use your proven experience in consulting with senior stakeholders across functions and different international markets, to prioritize the delivery of global programs.
Design and deliver global, scalable learning, leadership and career development strategies that align to The Trade Desk’s company goals and objectives.
Build learning content and ensure delivery drives the desired behaviors, mindset shifts and learning outcomes for programs such as, universal soft-skills training, new manager programs, emerging leader/high-potential programs, and/or executive leadership training, team functioning, etc.
As we further develop our offerings, potentially provide individualized leadership development support and advice to senior talent in the organization.
Lead end-to-end production of all aspects of program development and delivery, metrics and impact for leadership development programs.
Embody and reinforce leadership behaviors that align to our core values & competencies
Review and continually evolve existing development programs to align with TTD’s fast pace and rate of change.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions for business impact and scalability.
Conduct ongoing needs analysis and identifying opportunities for process improvements supported by a clear plan for implementation and accountability.
Measure the success and return on investment of development programs.
Create and deliver presentations to leaders and key stakeholders to share key insights, gain buy-in, and drive business impact.
Stay current with L&D Industry trends and best practices to elevate learning offerings.
Your primary focus will be on the New York/East Coast region, however operating as part of a global team, you will also contribute strongly to needs across all regions.
Partner with the broader HR COES to shape and build, and where required, implement other OD initiatives eg: Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning and/or Onboarding – just to name a few of the exciting things happening at The Trade Desk!

Deep end to end program management experience
10+ years experience in a Learning & Development role with proven success record in learning programs, program design and delivery, facilitation, content creation, talent development initiatives, learning facilitation, measurement, and employee communication.
Proven consulting capability with leaders at all levels to design strategic responses to organizational requirements
A global mindset, ideally with experience across diverse markets
Ability to influence with impact at all levels in TTD, including Executive Level
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to work within ambiguity
Strong project management capabilities with keen attention to detail
Ability to influence and communicate will all levels of the organization.
A Bachelor’s, Advanced Degree, or Certifications in a related field of study
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
