The Learning Manager will manage the successful execution of the Learning department’s research projects in collaboration with other teams including Product, Sales, Customer Service, Professional Learning, and Marketing, as well as with external partners such as NWEA and Transcend Education. These project partnerships will involve complex initiatives such as designing a new measure of student engagement, designing and implementing the customer journey, as well as enabling internal analyses of learning outcomes. The project partnerships will also involve collaborating with external partners to conduct evaluations of product usage and learning outcomes. Additionally, you’ll work with our team of analysts to understand study parameters, define the data that must be collected, and partner with internal and external stakeholders, including school districts, to successfully enable data availability for analysis. You’ll also lead the charge in communicating project updates and findings across teams and to translating insights to a variety of internal audiences.
