Learning Partner
Squarespace is looking for a Learning Partner to support its growing employee development programs. The Learning & Development team is responsible for developing our employees through best-in-class onboarding, trainings & broad professional development programs. This role will be responsible for partnering with the HR leadership & HR Business Partner teams to design & facilitate programs that support the growth of our employees - from individual contributors to managers - across the global organization. This includes development of eLearning, just-in-time performance support development materials and instructor-led course materials.
This role reports into our Manager of Learning & Development and is located in our New York headquarters.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Curate a roster of unique learning experiences for employees - from in classroom to remote and 1-1 coaching - to inspire learners and drive productivity.
- Support Squarespace managers to grow into highly impactful leaders through trainings and targeted development programming
- Support the development, design and delivery of eLearnings, just-in-time performance support development materials and instructor-led course materials
- Develop customized employee development programs per business area and level
- Builds relationships that foster the Squarespace culture
QUALIFICATIONS
- Track record of designing engaging, creative, and impactful in-person and online training to improve individual and organizational performance
- Deep experience designing and developing learning programs across various delivery mediums, including in-person training, remote synchronous training, and online modules.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, global stakeholders, and managers.
- Ability to explain both technical and leadership development topics to novices and experienced managers
- Track record of effective project management experience and demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to communicate difficult concepts and processes using clear and simple language and visuals
- At least 5 years’ experience in instructional design and developing leadership learning content
- Prior experience supporting the learning & development needs of engineering teams a plus
- Experience using an LMS and in the creation of content using a variety of tools such as Illustrator, Captivate or Storyline
- Experience in working with a global L&D team
