Program Manager, Diversity & Inclusion

To further operationalize our diversity, equity and inclusion strategies, we are in search of a D&I Program Manager to help us make good on that commitment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with our Director of Diversity & Inclusion, People Leadership Team and D&I Task Force to develop and operationalize a multi-year strategy aimed at attracting and advancing underrepresented talent, promoting a culture of inclusion, and broadening the aperture through which we build and market our product
- Provide expertise, solutions, and guidance to our HR Business Partners, recruiters, L&D Partners, ERG Chairs, managers and employees on tactical ways to meet our D&I goals
- Partner with the Communications and Employee Experience teams to draft and communicate our D&I-focused projects, events, and progress
- Partner with our HR Strategy & Analytics team to develop and insightfully report out on metrics that measure progress and the effectiveness of our diversity and inclusion strategy
- Evaluate and maintain relationships with external organizations (i.e., industry, non-profit, and university groups) that align with our strategic goals
- Represent Squarespace at our speaking events
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7-10+ years of in-house experience delivering D&I programs, including:
- 4+ years working directly with senior leadership on D&I strategies
- Previous HR experience and thoughtful understanding of HR practices, employment law and talent management processes, including performance management, compensation, internal mobility, engagement and retention
- Experience analyzing numerical data, and translating analyses into meaningful recommendations to inform decisions
- Experience drawing from technical knowledge, empirically based research and prior research to tailor solutions to meet the needs of an organization’s unique culture and population
- Demonstrate situational awareness and decision making skills
- Bias towards collaboration: communicates often with peers and manages change with empathy
