Who You Are
This job is interdisciplinary - a mix of strategy, marketing, and operations with a component to acquire new partners and manage relationships. You will be responsible for growing and delighting our VC and accelerator community who refer many of our high-growth customers. You will also be responsible for building out an approach to pursue, manage, and enhance various partnerships, including our marketplace partnerships. For these various partnerships, you will be relied on to generate insights about what partnership design and go-to-market approach works best to strengthen partnerships and build a business case for cross-functional resources when necessary.
You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment, a natural networker with superior communication skills, and you seek experience across researching and synthesizing insights, marketing, and sales operations. Your Success ProfileWhat You Will Work On
- Manage and grow our community of 100+ VC and accelerator partners, including acquiring new partners and implementing new programming and perks to engage partners.
- Build insights around partner personas and market research. Use these insights to inform recommendations regarding new partnership channels to pursue. Implement your recommendations and liaise externally with prospective partners.
- Manage our recommended provider and marketplace partnerships, including running monthly check-ins and managing reporting and payments.
- Work across Business Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to implement new programming, content, nurture campaigns, support models, sales process dynamics that are attractive to partners and scalable and cost efficient for Justworks.
- Roll out updated partnership initiatives across the organization.
- Cultivate relationships across other teams at Justworks to implement partnership updates.
- Analyze reporting across multiple systems including Salesforce and our internal platform.
- Understand the value propositions of Justworks and adapt messaging to align with Justworks’ brand and tone.
- Share partner feedback internally.
- Other duties as needed based on department and/or organizational needs.

- Possess a genuine desire to help small businesses and to evangelize the Justworks product.
- Have a knack for coming up with creative solutions to any problems you face.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience required (business development, strategy, partnerships).
