General Summary:
The Manager of People Experience and Employer Brand role is a newly created role on the WW People team and will focus on our employee and candidate experience through elevated, curated and impactful messaging internally and externally, working closely with the Total Rewards, Talent Management, Talent Acquisitions and Internal Communication teams. This role will report into the Senior Director of People Operations and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing efforts designed to attract top talent and position WW as an employer of choice. This will include creating and curating new content for all talent acquisition channels, such as our corporate career sites and partner sites (i.e. The Muse and Glassdoor) and improving our engagement strategies across social media.
  • Develop and implement creative engagement strategies to build and nurture a diverse pipeline of talent 
  • Lead initiatives to bring the EVP to life through campaigns. Building out employer brand messaging globally, and across specific talent segments
  • Create, in partnership with other members of the People team, an employee engagement strategy that elevates the employee experience; informs and motivates employees; and supports WW's business goals and culture
  • Partner with the Benefits team on all benefits and retirement communications to ensure messaging is on point and aligns with programs goals 
  • Provide strategic communication support on relevant projects and programs; partnering with internal communications 
  • Work directly with the Chief People Officer to create internal and external presentations that tell the story of the WW People team
  • Manage the Chief People Officer's All Hands meetings and team communications

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in employer brand, recruitment marketing or communication and experience partnering with HR
  • Passionate about WW's mission and the power of the tribe to deliver on our ambitions
  • Impeccable written and verbal communications skills; ability to understand, actively listen, and relate the necessary information for accurate decision making
  • Experience handling confidential information with extreme discretion
  • Ability to understand your audience and build presentations and communications to structure your message and effectively inform and persuade your audience
  • Comfortable communicating and interacting with executive leaders
  • Resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results-oriented with high energy and excellent at managing the details independently
