The Manager, Recruitment Coordination will lead, develop and inspire a team of Recruiting Coordinators that supports Braze’s talent acquisition strategy and initiatives. In this role, you will partner closely with a team of TA leaders/managers, recruiters and most importantly, Recruitment Coordinators! Life at Braze is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. You will develop scalable recruiting coordination strategies that enable you to support your team in order to drive impact and navigate complexity with candidates and recruiters throughout the recruiting process. You’ll enable your team to creatively engage and communicate with candidates, and recruiters, while active in the recruiting process with Braze.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage a team of Recruitment Coordinators while helping build Braze’s recruitment coordination strategy
- You will coach, advise, and mentor your team members as they partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs
- Demonstrate clear leadership by hands-on practice of recruiting administrative processes, working alongside Talent Acquisition managers and recruiters
- Define what success looks like in the Recruitment Coordinator role through designing qualitative and quantitative performance metrics in which data-driven decisions are made
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition managers on the candidate experience and provide hiring managers best in class service based on predetermined SLAs
- You’ll develop creative strategies and messaging for frontend and backend recruiting in regard to interview scheduling, candidate engagement, offer process, and onboarding
- Report on progress to leadership, identify inefficiencies, and work through creative solutions with the team
- Disseminate best practices to the Recruitment Coordination team as the resident recruiting coordination expert
WHO YOU ARE:
- Minimum 5+ years total professional experience in Talent Acquisition
- Minimum 2+ years of people management experience
- Strong ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail coupled with high level of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with G-Suite
- Prior experience within a technology company
- A proven track record of developing best practices, and recruitment coordination strategies
- Advanced experience with Greenhouse is a plus
- Proficient in analyzing data, presenting solutions, and making data-driven decisions
